Only a few months have passed since the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A13, and the Korean tech giant has already started working on the next-generation Galaxy A14 at an entry-level price. Several renders and alleged specifications of the device have surfaced online, showing what this device has in store for us.
At first glance, the display of the Samsung Galaxy A14 dominates. It has a U-shaped notch that blends beautifully into the screen. The frames are thin and almost symmetrical, with a slightly disproportionate chin. The chamfered edges are as usual, but the back plate is flat, giving it a slim look.
The three camera lenses pop right out of the phone's case. The power button next to the volume rockers also serves as a fingerprint reader. As a base phone, it comes with a 3.5mm audio jack alongside a Type-C connector and a speaker grill.
The front panel on the Galaxy A14 is likely to be 6.8 inches, has an IPS LCD and supports FHD+ resolution. Mockup renders show a deep black leather on the device, but more colors will be added to Samsung's price list once it's announced. And that's all for the new stuff. Its internal specifications could match the former Galaxy A model.
The Forerunner A13 has a 5000mAh battery powered by 25W fast charging. Out of the box it ran Android 12 x OneUI 4. It came with 3/4/6GB RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB storage, Gorilla glass protection, Exynos 810 chip, 50MP primary lens, 8MP selfie and Blue | Peach | White | Black leather.
The phone weighed 195 grams with a body made of plastic. After the launch of 4G and 5G, it became the company's cheapest 5G model. European tipsters claim that the upcoming model could replicate the same pattern.
